Questions we hear before a demo
Most properties are live within one working day. You send us an export of rooms and existing reservations, we map and verify it, and your team gets a walkthrough before the first shift on Meridian. For groups with multiple properties we usually plan a two-week rollout.
Yes. Two-way channel sync is included on Professional and Enterprise plans. Availability and rates update across connected channels within seconds of a change, which is what eliminates double bookings. A direct booking engine is also available.
Every user gets a role. Housekeeping sees room status and tasks but no guest billing. Reception sees reservations and check-in/out. Managers get reporting and rate control. You can create custom roles and audit who changed what.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in the EU, and backed up continuously. Meridian is GDPR compliant, supports data export and deletion requests, and signs a data processing agreement with every property.
Trials run 14 days with no card required. If you decide not to continue, we export your data for you and delete it after 30 days. There is no cancellation fee and no long-term contract on monthly plans.
